  • Real Relief from Stress/Anxiety

The pressure of parenting is at an all time high. Unfortunately, many of the things we've done in the past to help us cope with the stress and anxiety that go hand in hand with raising teens, aren’t working anymore. In this presentation, we share essential building blocks for real relief from stress and anxiety, strategies that resonate in a powerful and real way. Participants learn what they can do to manage their stress, not only on a daily basis, but also when when life becomes challenging or feels out of control. Perfect tips the entire family can use; parents not only learn to help themselves, but get an understanding of how these strategies can impact the whole family in a positive way. (An equivalent course is available for college students.)
