Parenting is the toughest job I ever loved. But, as my kids grew into teenagers, I was shocked at how many problems and how much pressure was created by things I had no experience with. Every choice in their teen and young adult years was magnified, for the good and the bad. Their entire lives were accelerated and they faced huge challenges from technology, social media, peer pressure, the push to excel, and the speed of life.
I found out the tools and coping strategies I had were not enough for today’s world. When my child hit the wall, I went hunting for information, tools and techniques that could provide relief and really help her (and me)! I was surprised at how hard it was to find what I needed and knew I wasn’t alone in my search. That's why I host Mighty Parenting, so you can get the information you need and know you're not alone.

Mighty Parenting podcast host Sandy Fowler talks with therapists Zoe Bisbing [...]
